Each attorney in the firm brings a unique set of experience that contributes to our success. Partners Michael Glenn and J. Franklin McClain both served as Family Court judges prior to beginning the private practice of law. Their understanding of the court system, trial advocacy and local requirements for success reflect the knowledge they gained as decision makers on the bench. Partner Stephen K. Haigler spent years as a State Prosecutor. His representation of clients accused of criminal wrongdoing reflects the understanding he gained working on behalf of the State in the South Carolina criminal law system. Other clients directly benefit from his courtroom ease and excellence, created by his hundreds of appearances before judges and juries. Partner John J. Stathakis has several years experience as a contract attorney for the local Public Defender office. He has extensive experience and knowledge to offer in adult and juvenile criminal cases as well as in domestic and civil litigation. In addition, Mr. Stathakis provides representation in residential and commercial property transactions.
